Classification and Labelling Notification: Dossier Preparation and Submission to ECHA

REACH Integra prepares and submits the Classification and Labelling Notification using the mechanisms and formats available through ECHA.

For project preparation, REACH Integra uses the following information where appropriate:

• For classification and Labelling, the indications and appropriate justifications agreed to in the SIEF
• For Harmonized Classification and Labelling in accordance with Annex VI of Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008

The Notification Dossier will contain:

• Identity of the manufacturer, producer or the person responsible for marketing
• Identity of the substance
• Hazard class of the substance and relevant indications where appropriate
• Hazard label for the substance Pictograms, signal words and hazard and precautionary statements
• Specific concentration limits and/or M-factor (when necessary)
